Before you call
Questions we get every week
Yes. Jeremy comes out, walks the property with you and writes up a quote at no
charge and with no obligation. You'll get the scope and the price in writing before
anything is scheduled.
Fully licensed and insured. We're happy to send a certificate of insurance before
we start, and some HOAs ask for one — just let us know.
No long-term lock-in. Most customers run on a recurring weekly or bi-weekly
schedule because it's cheaper per visit, but one-time cleanups and single mows are
available too.
Recurring lawn care can usually start within a week. Design, hardscape and drainage
builds book further out depending on the season — we'll give you a real date
at the estimate rather than a vague “soon.”
Call and ask. Thirty miles is our normal range for recurring maintenance, but larger
installs and hardscape projects can often justify a longer drive. We'll tell you
straight if it doesn't make sense.
We do. Driveway and walkway clearing, salting and de-icing for homes and small
commercial lots. Seasonal spots are limited and fill up before the first freeze, so

Jeremy and Amanda. Knight's is owner-operated, so the people who quoted the job are
the people doing it. Nothing gets handed off to a subcontractor you've never met.
